If there is a certain technique (i.e. deep tissue, swedish, light touch, etc.) that you prefer, just let me know. It is as simple as that. You can always leave it up to me, but you can also speak up. I am skilled in a variety of different modalities and I'd be happy to add or decrease the pressure to your preference.
